Open Positions

  • Lane/Restaurant Server

    Providing an exceptional Guest dining experience is the primary duty of the Lane / Restaurant Server. This is accomplished through a customized service style and suggestive selling. Taking orders for drinks and food in the bowling lane / dining area, processing Guest orders in a quick and efficient manner, following correct and accurate payment procedures are all done with an outgoing smile and a sense of helping Guests in a personable, positive manner.

  • Cocktail Server

    Interacting with Guests and the Bartenders, our Cocktail Servers help create and host the party! More than a server of drinks and food, the Cocktail Server becomes a member of the Guest’s party and uses their knowledge to go beyond the Guest’s expectations for service and fun. Outgoing, fun and friendly make the Cocktail Server a key component to a successful visit!

  • Bartender

    Providing an exceptional Guest drinking and dining experience is the primary duty of the Bartender, accomplished through a customized service style and suggestive selling. Taking orders for drinks and food in the bar, processing Guest orders in a quick and efficient manner both for bar Guests and Cocktail Servers, following correct and accurate payment procedures are all done with an outgoing smile and a sense of helping Guests in a personable, positive manner.

  • Line Cook

    Providing an exceptional Guest experience by ensuring that all menu items are prepared per plate presentation recipe specifications is the primary duty of the Line Cook. Assisting in prep during off-peak business periods, assisting the Dish Machine Operator (DMO) when needed, and following health code guidelines for cooking and storage are also important aspects of the job. This is all accomplished with a smile and a sense of helping other Team Members in a personable, positive manner.

  • Dish Machine Operator (DMO)

    Providing an exceptional Guest experience by ensuring that prep, cooking and serving utensils are cleaned to health code standards is the primary duty of the Dish Machine Operator. Assisting in prep during off-peak business periods, and following health code guidelines for receiving, rotating and storing products are also important aspects of the job. This is all accomplished with a smile and a sense of helping other Team Members in a personable, positive manner.

  • Team Assistant

    Providing an exceptional Guest dining experience is the primary duty of the Food Runner. This is accomplished through ensuring food or beverage are expedited / delivered to guests within company standards. Expediting food from the window, or beverages from the bar, are all done with an outgoing smile and a sense of helping Guests in a personable, positive manner.

  • Prep Cook

    Providing an exceptional Guest experience by ensuring that all products are prepared per recipe specifications is the primary duty of the Prep Cook. Assisting on the cook line during peak business periods, assisting the Dish Machine Operator (DMO) when needed, and following health code guidelines for receiving and storage are also important aspects of the job. This is all accomplished with a smile and a sense of helping other Team Members in a personable, positive manner.
